Orders and Shipping
Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide. Delivery times and costs vary by location and will be shown at checkout.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days. Once shipped, delivery times depend on your location. International orders generally take 7-21 business days.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
My order hasn't arrived. What do I do?
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, check your tracking link first. If something looks wrong, get in touch via our contact page and we'll sort it out.
Returns and Exchanges
Can I return my order?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Sale items are final sale.
How do I start a return?
Contact us through the contact page with your order number and reason for return. We'll get back to you with next steps.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes. If you need a different size, reach out and we'll do our best to sort an exchange, subject to stock availability.
What if my item arrived damaged or incorrect?
That's on us. Contact us straight away with a photo and your order number and we'll make it right.
Products
What sizes do you carry?
Sizing varies by product. Each product page includes a full size guide. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up on hoodies and going true to size on tees.
How do I care for my Pwned Labs gear?
Machine wash cold, inside out, with like colours. Tumble dry low or hang to dry. Do not iron directly on any printed or embroidered areas.
Are the products ethically made?
Our products are sourced from suppliers who meet international labour standards. We're committed to responsible sourcing and continue to review our supply chain.
