Resell cloud security training your clients keep using
Add hands-on cloud security labs, certifications and bootcamps to what you already sell to security teams, MSSPs and regulated enterprises. Then expand those engagements through penetration testing, security assessments and expert-led workshops across cloud, AI, Kubernetes and phishing.
Why partners choose Pwned Labs
Our training gets used. It is built on real-world scenarios and continuously updated, so your customers come back.
Hands-on, not slideware
Every lab runs in a live cloud environment against realistic misconfigurations.
Supported by comprehensive walkthroughs and videos, our customers see measurable skill change.
A ladder, not a one-off
Land on teams to get access to labs and pro cyber ranges, expand to bootcamps, close on certification and enterprise seats.
Every customer has a next purchase.
Built for your buyers
Cloud security teams, MSSPs and consultancies, regulated industries, and the large advisory firms.
If you already sell into any of those, this drops straight into your catalog.
What you'll be selling
One vendor for the whole estate: cloud, hybrid and Active Directory, CI/CD, Kubernetes and AI. One catalog, four lines:
- Online training portal: hands-on labs and cyber ranges across cloud, AI, Kubernetes, CI/CD and hybrid environments, with analytics that show clients their skill gaps.
- Bootcamps and certifications: on-demand and live programs from professional to expert level: ACRTP, MCRTP and GCRTP at professional level, and MCRTE, the Microsoft Cloud Red Team Expert, at expert level.
- Bespoke workshops: two-day workshops, remote or in person, built around a client's own environment: attack and defense across AWS, Azure and M365, GCP and Workspace, Active Directory and hybrid, Kubernetes, and AI and agent security, plus blue and purple team, phishing and security awareness workshops, and CTF hosting for up to 70 people.
- Cloud security assessments: our consultants deliver penetration testing and security assessments when a client needs an outside team.
Land on labs, expand to bootcamps and workshops, close on certifications and enterprise seats.
Typical deal sizes. Enterprise subscriptions start at $1,500 per user per year and Teams at $600. Bootcamps list at $399 for the Professional editions, $999 for the Multi-Cloud Red Team Professional certification and $2,500 for MCRTE, the Microsoft Cloud Red Team Expert. Two-day workshops are the largest single line items and are quoted per engagement. These are list prices; you set your own resale price. Current list prices are on our pricing page.
Who we're looking for
This works best for partners who already have a security buyer:
- MSSPs and MDR providers bundling training
- Security consultancies and pentest firms
- Training resellers and distributors
- Regional partners in markets we don't cover
- Universities and academic programs
Eligibility. We work with partners in any market we can lawfully serve. Our current focus is the US, Europe and the Middle East. All applicants are screened against sanctions and export-control lists before terms are issued.
How the partner program works
Reseller margin. You buy at list price less a reseller margin and sell at the price you set. Margins start at 25% on registered deals and rise with your annual volume across three tiers. Any single registered deal of $45,000 or more at list price earns the top tier on that order. Unregistered opportunities earn a lower rate. We share the full tier table when you apply, before you sign anything, and there is no minimum commitment or class-size guarantee to earn it. The margin funds your own sales effort, onboarding and first-line support for the client.
Deal registration. Register an opportunity through the partner portal and we accept or decline in writing within 10 business days. An accepted registration is protected for 6 months, extendable once by up to 3 months while the deal is active, and the pricing we quote at registration is held for that period. A valid registration names the end client and country, the products, the estimated users and value, the expected close date, and your contact for the deal.
Rules of engagement. While a deal is protected, we will not accept the same opportunity from another partner, and we will not offer that client better pricing than our list price. If the client insists on contracting with us directly, you are still paid: we pay you a referral fee equal to the margin you would have earned on that deal, within 30 days of the client paying us.
What we provide. Partner portal access, deal registration, co-branded collateral, product training for your sellers, and free lab and bootcamp seats for your own team. Qualifying inbound leads in your market are passed to you, and marketing development funds are available for approved co-branded campaigns. Proof-of-concept environments are approved per registered deal. Pre-sales support and a named partner manager come with the higher tiers.
What we ask. No revenue commitment. Complete partner onboarding, keep your registrations current with a named contact at the end client, and pursue them actively with a short status update each quarter.
Getting started. (1) Apply using the form below; we review every application and reply with next steps. (2) If it is a fit, we send the partner agreement; once signed, one person from your team completes onboarding and you get partner portal access. (3) Register your first opportunity; we accept or decline within 10 business days, and protection runs from acceptance.
Proof your clients will actually use it
Caleb Havens
Red Team Operator & Social Engineer, NetSPI
"I’ve attended two training sessions delivered by Pwned Labs: one focused on Microsoft cloud environments and the other on AWS. Both sessions delivered highly relevant content in a clear, approachable manner and were paired with an excellent hands-on lab environment that reinforced key concepts and skills for attacking and defending cloud infrastructures. The training was immediately applicable to real-world work, including Red Team Operations, Social Engineering engagements, Purple Team exercises, and Cloud Penetration Tests. The techniques and insights gained continue to be referenced regularly and have proven invaluable in live operations, helping our customers identify vulnerabilities and strengthen their cloud defenses."
Sebas Guerrero
Senior Security Consultant, Bishop Fox
"The AWS, Azure, and GCP bootcamps helped me get up to speed quickly on how real cloud environments are built and where they tend to break from a security standpoint. They were perfectly structured, with real-world examples that gave me rapid insight into how things can go wrong and how to prevent those issues from happening in practice. I’m now able to run cloud pentests more confidently and quickly spot meaningful vulnerabilities in customers’ cloud infrastructure.”
Dani Schoeffmann
Security Consultant, Pen Test Partners
"I found the Pwned Labs bootcamps well structured and strongly focused on practical application, with clear background on how and why cloud services behave the way they do and how common attack paths become possible. The team demonstrates both sides by walking through attacks and the corresponding defenses, backed by hands-on labs that build confidence using built-in and third-party tools to identify and block threats. The red-team labs are hands-on and challenge-driven, with clear walkthroughs that explain each step and the underlying logic. I’ve seen several of these techniques in real engagements, and the bootcamp helped me develop a repeatable methodology for cloud breach assessments and deliver more tailored mitigation recommendations."
Matt Pardo
Senior Application Security Engineer, Fortune 500 company
"I’ve worked in security for more than 15 years, and every step up came from taking courses and putting the lessons into practice. I’ve attended many trainings over the years, and Pwned Labs’ bootcamps and labs are among the best I’ve experienced. When you factor in how affordable they are, they easily sit at the top of my list. As a highly technical person, I get the most value from structured, hands-on education where theory is immediately reinforced through labs. Having lifetime access to recordings, materials, and training environments means you can repeat the practice as often as needed, which is invaluable. If you’re interested in getting into cloud security, sign up for Pwned Labs.”
Steven Mai
Senior Penetration Tester, Centene
“Although my background was mainly web and network penetration testing, the ACRTP and MCRTP bootcamps gave me a solid foundation in AWS and Azure offensive security. I’m now able to take part in cloud penetration testing engagements and have more informed security discussions with my team.”
Partner program FAQs
How long does it take to become a partner?
We review every application and reply with next steps. If it is a fit, we send the partner agreement; once it is signed, one person from your team completes onboarding and you get partner portal access. From there, deal registrations are answered within 10 business days.
What can we resell?
The whole catalog: Teams and Enterprise subscriptions to the training portal, bootcamps and certifications (ACRTP, MCRTP, GCRTP, M-CRTP3 and MCRTE), two-day workshops, CTF hosting, and cloud security assessments. Your Partner Schedule lists any exclusions.
Who invoices and supports the end client?
You contract with and invoice your client at the price you set. We invoice you in US dollars at list price less your margin: subscriptions annually in advance, bootcamps and workshops when the order is accepted, payable within 30 days. We issue each user their own credentials and provide platform support; you own the account relationship and first-line support.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No. There is no minimum volume, revenue or purchase commitment, and no class-size guarantee. Your tier is assessed on the list-price value of what you order in each program year, an upgrade applies from the date you cross the threshold, and any single registered deal of $45,000 or more at list price earns the top tier on that order.
What happens if a client we registered goes to you directly?
While your registration is protected, we will not accept the same opportunity from another partner and we will not offer that client better pricing than our list price. If the client insists on contracting with us directly, we pay you a referral fee equal to the margin you would have earned on that deal, within 30 days of the client paying us.
Is the program exclusive to a territory?
Not by default. The program is non-exclusive and covers any market we can lawfully serve, with a current focus on the US, Europe and the Middle East. Territory exclusivity is possible through a separate written addendum tied to a revenue commitment.
Do you pass leads to partners?
Yes. Qualifying inbound leads in your market are passed to partners that fit the opportunity, and marketing development funds are available for approved co-branded campaigns. The details are in the partner guide.
Can we deliver the training ourselves or white-label it?
No. Delivery stays Pwned Labs branded and hosted on our platform. Where your Partner Schedule allows it, your instructors can co-deliver identified products under our direction, but the program is not train-the-trainer or white-label.
