The terms that govern your use of the Pwned Labs website, platform, and subscription services.

1. Introduction

Welcome to Pwned Labs. By accessing or using our platform, services, content, or the official community spaces we operate (collectively referred to as "Services"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("T&Cs"). These T&Cs govern your use of our website, subscription plans, other related services, and the community spaces we run on third-party platforms, including our Discord server. Those platforms are owned and operated by their providers and governed by their own terms; these T&Cs apply to your conduct within our community, not to the underlying platform itself.

If you do not agree to these T&Cs, please do not use our Services. We may update these T&Cs periodically, and all changes will be reflected on this page. Please check back regularly to stay informed.

2. Subscription Plans and Pricing

2.1 Subscription Options. Pwned Labs offers various subscription plans that provide access to premium content, features, and services. These plans include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Monthly Subscription: $20 per month.
  • Annual Subscription: $200 per year.

2.2 Pricing and Changes. All subscription fees are subject to change. Any price changes will be communicated to you in advance via email or on our platform. Your subscription fee will remain the same unless otherwise stated. Taxes or additional fees may apply depending on your location.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods. We accept payment via credit/debit cards, PayPal, or other specified payment methods.

3.2 Billing Cycles. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually), and you will be charged accordingly unless you cancel your subscription before the next billing date.

3.3 Payment Disputes. If you have any concerns or disputes about your billing, please contact us at hi@pwnedlabs.io. We will work with you to resolve any billing issues.

4. Account Access and Usage

4.1 Access Levels. Access to certain content and features is only available to paid subscribers. The subscription plan you choose will determine the specific content and features you can access.

4.2 Account Sharing. Subscription accounts are intended for individual use only. Sharing your account credentials with others is prohibited. If we detect unauthorized use, we may suspend or terminate your account.

4.3 License to Use Content. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these T&Cs. All intellectual property rights in the content remain with Pwned Labs.

4.4 Individual and Organisational Use. The Services are for individual learners on a free or paid plan, and for organisations that hold a paid business, enterprise or team plan, or a written partner licence from Pwned Labs. If you access or use the Services on behalf of, at the direction of, or for the benefit of an organisation, you accept these T&Cs for that organisation as well as for yourself, and you confirm that you have authority to do so.

4.5 No Third Party Training or Commercial Programmes. You may not use the Services, the labs, or any content, materials, tasks, solutions or outputs derived from them, to create, deliver, promote, support or assess a training course, bootcamp, internship, mentorship, apprenticeship or similar programme for any third party, whether free or paid, and whether under your own brand or another. Building a training offering on top of Pwned Labs content is not permitted on an individual plan. If you want to train a team, or to build or deliver training that uses Pwned Labs, that is welcome through our paid business and enterprise plans and our partner programme, where partners refer and resell and Pwned Labs delivers the training. 5. Cancellation and Refund Policies

5.1 Cancellation. You can cancel your subscription at any time by accessing your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will not be charged for subsequent cycles.

5.2 Late Payment and Cancellation. If you cancel your subscription after your renewal date but before payment has been successfully processed (for example, if your bank declines the payment), you will still be liable for the remainder of the month. Your cancellation will be effective immediately, but you must pay the full amount due for the current billing cycle, which will be charged upon the next successful payment attempt.

5.3 Refund Policy. Refunds for subscription payments may be issued at our discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed and will only be provided if you cancel within a reasonable timeframe as outlined in the specific plan terms. No pro-rata refunds will be provided for unused portions of the subscription.

6. User-Generated Content

6.1 Ownership of Content. You retain ownership of any content you upload to Pwned Labs, but by uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute your content as necessary to provide our Services.

6.2 Content Removal. You can remove your content at any time from your account settings. However, content already shared with other users or publicly visible on the platform may remain even after removal.

7. Acceptable Use and Conduct

7.1 Prohibited Activities. You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

  • Attempting to reverse-engineer or hack our platform.
  • Distributing malicious code or viruses.
  • Engaging in illegal activities using our platform.
  • Harassing or threatening other users.
  • Violating any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Publishing or sharing solutions, walkthroughs, answers or flag values for our bootcamps, exams or cyber ranges.
  • Publishing or sharing lab credentials, access keys, secret keys, flag values, or infrastructure details such as bucket names, host names, scenario domains, or account, user and resource identifiers.
  • Using the Services, or any content or output from them, to deliver training to third parties or for any commercial purpose, except under a paid business or enterprise plan or a written partner licence.
  • Procuring, instructing or encouraging any other person to do any of the above.

7.2 Enforcement. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform if you violate these terms or engage in prohibited activities.

7.3 Sharing Your Learning. We want you to share what you learn. You may say that you completed a lab, a cyber range or a bootcamp, write about techniques and lessons in your own words, and display any certification you have earned. You may publish a writeup or walkthrough of a free or paid lab, as long as you first remove all sensitive information, meaning any lab credentials, access keys, secret keys, flag values and infrastructure details, including anything visible in screenshots. You may not publish solutions, walkthroughs or content for our bootcamps, exams or cyber ranges.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

8.1 Data Collection. We collect personal data such as email addresses, payment information, and usage data necessary to provide and improve our Services. By using our Services, you consent to this collection and processing as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

8.2 Data Usage. We use the collected data to manage your account, process payments, and offer personalized experiences. We will not share your data with third parties except as required for payment processing or as described in our Privacy Policy.

8.3 Third-Party Services. We use third-party services to process payments and host our platform. These third parties may collect and store data, and by using our Services, you agree to their respective terms and privacy policies.

9. Support and Service Levels

9.1 Customer Support. Subscribers to paid plans have access to customer support through email or our support portal. We strive to respond to all inquiries within 3 business days.

9.2 Service Availability. While we aim to provide continuous access to our platform, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. In the event of planned maintenance or unexpected outages, we will provide advance notice whenever possible.

10. Legal Compliance and Jurisdiction

10.1 Compliance with Laws. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using our platform, especially those related to privacy, data protection, and consumer rights, including compliance with UAE data protection laws.

10.2 Governing Law. These T&Cs will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these T&Cs will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pwned Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our platform, whether based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
