Introduce a team. Earn 10% when they buy.

If you know a security or cloud team that needs hands-on training in real AWS, Azure and GCP environments, introduce us. When they become a business customer, we pay you 10% of the first-year contract value after they pay. Ten Enterprise seats at list price is $15,000, so one good introduction is worth $1,500.

How it works

Three steps, and we run the sale. You are paid within 30 days of the customer paying.

Tell us who

Submit the company, your contact there and a sentence on why they might have a need.

We confirm

We check the account is open for referral and reply within two working days.

A referral only counts once we confirm it in writing.

You introduce, we sell

Make a warm introduction by email. Our team runs the conversation, demo and quote.

You are paid within 30 days of the customer paying.

What you can refer

Any business purchase counts toward the first-year contract value. The catalog covers cloud, hybrid and Active Directory, CI/CD, Kubernetes and AI:

  • Team and Enterprise subscriptions to the training portal: Teams from $600 per user per year, Enterprise from $1,500 per user per year.
  • Bootcamp seats for teams: ACRTP, MCRTP and GCRTP at $399, M-CRTP3 at $999 and MCRTE at $2,500 per seat.
  • Two-day workshops, remote or in person, built around the client's own environment and quoted per engagement.
  • Custom cyber ranges and CTF hosting, quoted per engagement.

Worked example. A team that takes ten Enterprise seats at list price pays $15,000 in year one, so the referral fee is $1,500. Add a workshop or bootcamp seats and the fee rises with the contract value. Public pricing is at pwnedlabs.io/pricing.

Who this is for

The program is for people with a real relationship to a team that has budget:

  • Practitioners, community members and alumni who know teams with budget
  • Consultants and freelancers who do not want to resell
  • Anyone in the Pwned Labs Discord or our wider network with a real relationship to a security or cloud team

Firms that want to resell, carry pricing and own the customer relationship earn more through the partner program.

Referral terms

Fee. 10% of the first-year contract value, paid within 30 days of the customer's payment being received. Renewals and later expansions are not included.

Confirmation. A referral counts only after we confirm it in writing. If two people refer the same company, the first confirmed referral applies.

Attribution. Attribution lasts six months from the confirmed introduction.

Conflicts. You cannot refer your own employer, or any organization where you influence, approve or process the purchase.

Conduct. Referrers introduce. They do not pitch, quote, negotiate or contact anyone on behalf of Pwned Labs, and any outreach in our name ends participation.

Declines. We may decline a referral, for example where the account is already in our pipeline or covered by a partner.

Payment. Fees are paid by Pwned Labs FZCO in US dollars, by bank transfer or PayPal, against your invoice. Taxes are your responsibility.

Changes. We may change or end the program with 30 days' notice. Confirmed referrals are honored.

Proof the teams you introduce will use it

Caleb Havens

Red Team Operator & Social Engineer, NetSPI

"I’ve attended two training sessions delivered by Pwned Labs: one focused on Microsoft cloud environments and the other on AWS. Both sessions delivered highly relevant content in a clear, approachable manner and were paired with an excellent hands-on lab environment that reinforced key concepts and skills for attacking and defending cloud infrastructures. The training was immediately applicable to real-world work, including Red Team Operations, Social Engineering engagements, Purple Team exercises, and Cloud Penetration Tests. The techniques and insights gained continue to be referenced regularly and have proven invaluable in live operations, helping our customers identify vulnerabilities and strengthen their cloud defenses."

Sebas Guerrero

Senior Security Consultant, Bishop Fox

"The AWS, Azure, and GCP bootcamps helped me get up to speed quickly on how real cloud environments are built and where they tend to break from a security standpoint. They were perfectly structured, with real-world examples that gave me rapid insight into how things can go wrong and how to prevent those issues from happening in practice. I’m now able to run cloud pentests more confidently and quickly spot meaningful vulnerabilities in customers’ cloud infrastructure.

Dani Schoeffmann

Security Consultant, Pen Test Partners

"I found the Pwned Labs bootcamps well structured and strongly focused on practical application, with clear background on how and why cloud services behave the way they do and how common attack paths become possible. The team demonstrates both sides by walking through attacks and the corresponding defenses, backed by hands-on labs that build confidence using built-in and third-party tools to identify and block threats. The red-team labs are hands-on and challenge-driven, with clear walkthroughs that explain each step and the underlying logic. I’ve seen several of these techniques in real engagements, and the bootcamp helped me develop a repeatable methodology for cloud breach assessments and deliver more tailored mitigation recommendations."

Matt Pardo

Senior Application Security Engineer, Fortune 500 company

"I’ve worked in security for more than 15 years, and every step up came from taking courses and putting the lessons into practice. I’ve attended many trainings over the years, and Pwned Labs’ bootcamps and labs are among the best I’ve experienced. When you factor in how affordable they are, they easily sit at the top of my list. As a highly technical person, I get the most value from structured, hands-on education where theory is immediately reinforced through labs. Having lifetime access to recordings, materials, and training environments means you can repeat the practice as often as needed, which is invaluable. If you’re interested in getting into cloud security, sign up for Pwned Labs.

Steven Mai

Senior Penetration Tester, Centene

Although my background was mainly web and network penetration testing, the ACRTP and MCRTP bootcamps gave me a solid foundation in AWS and Azure offensive security. I’m now able to take part in cloud penetration testing engagements and have more informed security discussions with my team.

Referral program FAQs

How will I know the deal closed?

We tell you when the contract is signed and again when payment lands, which is when the 30 days start.

What if the company already talks to you?

We check before confirming. If they are already in our pipeline, we say so and the referral does not count.

Can I refer more than one team?

Yes, without limit. Each referral is confirmed separately.

Can I refer individual learners?

Not yet. A referral link for the individual plans, Build and Validate, is coming. Join the Discord for the announcement.

Do I need to sign anything?

No. Submitting the form and ticking the confirmation is the agreement. For fees above $5,000 we send a short written agreement before payment.
